Dinner and Discussion: The Role of Breastfeeding in Maternal and Child Health

During this virtual event, we will discuss the benefits of

breastfeeding while highlighting the need for community and

family breastfeeding support. Topics will include lactation and

doula support programs that have the ability to enhance

breastfeeding experiences. We will address the breastfeeding

experiences among African American women and the

breastfeeding alternatives in Guilford County.
